1. Booking and initial registration

Choose the day and time that best suit your schedule through our website. Tell us your symptoms and any previous clinical diagnosis.

2. Confidential video call consultation

On the agreed date you join the virtual medical session with one of our licensed physicians. During the consultation, the medical indication for therapeutic cannabis is assessed.

3. Receiving your digital prescription

Once the session ends, if the physician indicates the prescription, your approved digital prescription is issued so it can be dispensed at the authorized pharmacy of your choice.
